Returns Policy

Grayline International PTY. LTD. (Grayline) will not provide a refund or replacement if a customer changes their mind.

To claim warranty on a product, the customer MUST provide their receipt or proof of purchase from Grayline. If no proof of purchase is provided, no repair or refund can be made.

The customer may request a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem such as:

  • An issue which would have stopped the customer from buying the item if they had known about it
  • The item does not do what is described on the item description

If the problem is not major, Grayline will repair the item within a reasonable time. If, in such a case the item cannot be repaired, the faulty item will be exchanged with one of equivalent value.

If an item is defective, the item must be returned to Grayline for an exchange or refund within 7 business days of having received the defective item.

If an item has been damaged in transit, the customer must notify Grayline within 1 business day, and details of the damage need to be written on the Proof Of Delivery sheet.

Grayline does not take any responsibility for any delays while the item is in transit.

Grayline does not take any responsibility for items going missing while in transit. If a customer believes that their item(s) is/are lost, no claims can be made unless the items are insured.

Refund or repair on discontinued items will vary depending on the length of time between date of purchase and date of repair/refund inquiry.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied on returned items with no malfunctions or defects if Grayline accepts the item back from the customer. Grayline reserves the right to decide whether or not to accept an item of the aforementioned conditions in exchange for a refund. No full refund will be made if items are new or are in original condition.
